Flashed instinct to metro pcs wont show the box to 'answer'/'ignore'

Ok, i have the instinct, and had it flashed to metro pcs. When i recieve an incoming call, a box appears saying 'Attention' and shows the name and then a button to press which is 'Confirm'. I kno its supposed to show a box with 'answer', 'silent', and 'ignore'. But it has never shown that on my phone. So, when i dont wanna answer, i cant jus hit 'silent'. Instead, i have to press the Power button on top to actually silence the ring. Is it this way because thats how it is when it is flashed to metro? Or is there a way to fix that?
