Connection Manager Help..

For some reason I tried installing Connection Manager from my Instinct disc..Here is a picture of what it says..

What I am trying to do it find the closest Home Agent Number closest to Virginia Beach, VA..So if anybody can find me the closest to my location I would appreciate it.

If you search for 'hacks' and author 'j.t.' you will find an FAQ I made on hacks. From there there is a link to the list of home agents.

I have checked that, but are those the only places in the US that I can connect to?
