I bought my phone June 20th and it's worked fine until July 17th.  Since then I've been getting "7000. Internal Server error" when I hit the weather, sports or news key.  When I try to access a website it says "The account holder has restricted your access to this content".  I called sprint, they had me update my data, enter some kind of codes and reset my phone.  None of that worked.  I took it to the sprint store, they pretty much had it all day even swapped it out for another.  Still nothing works.  Its not the area I'm in either. I live in Dallas, I get great reception.  Anyone have any ideas?

Login to the sprint website, and go to the settings and passwords section. When you get there, there should be a link named wireless web access. Click on the link, and when the page loads you should see your telephone number with a checkbox next to it. If you are getting this error, the box should be checked. Uncheck it, and hit save changes, then turn off and restart your phone. This should fix your problem. If you get to this screen and the box I mentioned isn't checked, then I have no idea what is wrong, but try this out and see if that's the problem. This setting is to restrict access to specific phones, say your kid's phones, or whatever.

Nope, that didn't help either.  Thanks for the advice though.

Not a problem, I thought for sure that would fix it. It's very disheartening that customer service couldn't fix your issue. Did i read correctly when you said that they even gave you a new phone? I'm stumped. I would keep on sprint to correct this problem, that really sucks. Do me a favor though, go to the web access screen I described above, and check the box to restrict your access, then save. Restart the phone, then go back and uncheck, save, and restart again. It's worth a shot. And whatever happens, whatever the fix may be, post back and let us all know so we know what to do in the unfortunate event it happens to someone else here.

Yes, they gave me a new phone thinking that would take care of the problem.  They said it could take up to 4 hours for the data plan to start up.  A day later, still nothing.
When you first told me about that setting I checked the box, restarted my phone then unchecked it again.  No Luck.
I'm going to give sprint a call again in another hour to see what they have to say.
If they ever figure it out, I'll post it on here to let everyone know since it seems to be a problem others are having too.
Thanks again...

I decided to try my phone one more time before calling Sprint again.  It works perfect, I don't know what it was or why all of a sudden but it works fine now.  From the 17th to now the only thing my phone would do is make phone calls and now it works fine.  I hope this doesn't happen again.  At least I got a new phone out of it.

I think all these 7000 errors, and other weirdness is network / proxy related.

I hope that Sprint and company(suppliers, etc) are working on it.

It does seem to be MUCH better the last few days.
