.3g2 video playback has no sound on my PC.

I wouldn't be surprised if this has already been discussed, but I did try to search for it multiple times/ways before posting.

The software that came with the phone has never worked right on the 2 pc's (differnt operating systems) taht I tried it on, so I just cable it and use it as a harddrive. I dump my pics/music/video's that way.  I thought a while back everythign worked fine.  I realized at some point, the video's don't play back with sound though.  I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.  I had downloaded different video codecs and such, and thought things were fine.

I guess it's been a while since i actually tried to watch old video.  I was showing my kids something we had done together, and ther ewasn't any sound.  Was kind of heart broken.  If I put it back on the phone, and send it through sprint to my email account, they convert it to .mov, and it works fine.  The video quality is horrible, it's rather downgraded, but the sound works.

I'm searching for either converters or codecs that will work now, but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, or had a solution?

Yeah, I finally installed a number of codecs, and finally got it to play the sound. The problem then becomes, others can't.  I dump them on my computer and enjoy them with the kids, but I can't send them to family members, who don't understand what codec's are.

I've been slowly playing with my video converters, looking to see if I can convert them to an acceptable format, that others can view.  At this time, it hasn't worked so well.

I'm thinking it was the CCCP pack that allowed me to start getting sound, but I'm not sure.
