I am a Mac user and have been unable to retrieve email from my POP3 account

Many chats with Sprint tech people as well as guy at our independent store. I have a Mac with a POP3 email account and cannot set up my s30 to receive email.

What is the error message you get on your phone when you try to setup the email account?
