All I want to do is fine some places to download freeware games/apps for the instinct phone and so far this forumn has nothing, wahts the deal?
I'm not impressed.

You are wrong, check the member built apps section, there are tons of free apps. If you are looking for apps that cost money, that you can pirate for free, we do not condone that, and therefore you will not find it here.

actually this site/forum has linked me to over 50 games/apps this place rocks but you could try another forum good luck being as your here with no games/apps sometimes you must simply look harder but since im in a good mood today try these.... http://instinct-software.com/ .... www.getjar.com ... the first one is a great place to get apps built by our very own (you know the ppl from this forum you say sucks) (kb and dk ) developers but as i said before feel free to try some where else

just got my SI from bell. Two things I needed, Phone and a GPS. Didn`t want to get riped-off by Rogers so I did not get the Iphone
However, wouldn`t mind having a game ot two.. but makes we wonder.....
I have been extremely disappointed with the battery. only 2 days with very limited use.
So what’s the deal ?? wouldn`t the battery be drained with a game.

Anyway, I wanted to do some  of my own testing. Went to wap.getjar.com.
And download galactic attack and NavFunPro but coundn’t get either of them to work.
The game wouldn’t get past the intro screen and NavFunPro wouldn’t let me enter and information.
And suggestion.

Make sure you go to Main : Settings : General : Update Data Profile.

Do it a bunch of times as we have had 3 updates.  Just to make sure you have the latest firmware with the keyboard update.

unless the game is coded to run on a touchscreen, it's probably not going to work.

if you aren't "tech savvy" enough to find the pirated games for the instinct, go ask Yahoo!answers or google, its not that hard to find pirated stuff.  the internet has 2 things, porn and pirated material, the other 10% is forums and news articles.

if you REALLY want a game, pay the $5 or w/e to sprint, and get the game.  just make sure you pay for the game outright instead of the monthly option.  I couldn't fathom paying $2 or more for the games we have.

Canadians...I'm sorry if you can't buy a game.  but there are plenty on getjar and instinct-software.
