I got my instinct at the end of October and everything with streaming on the internet was working fine(minus the videos having bad quality but they got better after the update) up to about a month later. I go on youtube often and listen to music & they have videos on there where they have a still pictures and the song just plays but after a month i noticed the songs started skipping while playing.At first i thought it was youtube acting up but i went on other streaming sites like vuclip & it was doing the same thing so i knew it had something to do with my phone.But when i watched videos with movement thru streaming everything worked fine,no freezing,skipping or nothing.So im guessing the skipping had something to do with the video nt having any movement. Now fast forward to about a week ago,the skipping is still happening but now when the video loads up i jus get a black screen! After i few tries i finally get the video to play but its really annoying trying to get it to work over & over again. And plus now the videos are starting to go back to the bad quality like when i first got it. I've search through here and couldnt find a topic concerning this so im asking am i the only 1 thats having these problems? If anyone has any kind of solution(other than calling sprint,like thats gonna help lol) the help is really appreciated.Also i havent performed any hacks on my phone or anything like that.SORRY FOR THE LONG POST i was just tryna be as detailed as i can

same here !!!! i try playing videos and the screen goes black i have to try like 5 times to get it to work its really annoing and it also skips tge music !!

Its not a universal problem. My youtube is working great both picture and sound.

No, just the policy mod, and I don't think that has any affect on this issue.

Nope it would not have anything to do with it.

Not sure where you all live but it all depends on network coverage and usage. If you live in a small city/rural you may not have the same strength as someone in a city.

Sometime this month (no date set yet) there is supposed to be a TV update that will fix many of the issues. Don't hold your breath but there is that. If you have had the phone for a while many of us have experienced better or worse TV after the previous updates.

Your best bet is to sideload movies and TV shows. Then you control the quality and what you watch. It is awesome.

In the future, hit the green button in the upper right and type in sideloaded.

This happens to me too on youtube. I've noticed that there will be a green pixel at the bottom left corner, then the video will play. I live in Detroit and have decent coverage etc.
