Hey there  people  i have  a problem  getting utube to  open  media  player it  says " failed to  load media  player "  any  suggestions?

same with mine i can browse youtube but when it opens the media player a message comes up saying there was an error loading the vid and to retry but that just keeps comming up.
its annoying paying for something that doesnt work

If taking the battery out does not work you should bring it to a sprint repair center. If they cant get it to work they should give you a new one if you have the insurance.

 Tongue hey i got a  media  player update  from bell  canada  and  that  was the   problem  here.  its  not  the  phone,  its  the  software .. call  police tec  support  and  complain its  the best  hope

Have you tried viewing youtube in Opera Mini? A good sized group of people swear the quality is better. I don't use the native browser at all, so I can't say for certain, but the quality for me is pretty freakin' good.

what? theres a diff browser availible? i need to get on the forums more often lol

but does opera mini have flash player? cuz with the regular one it goes to the media player which is trash.. i hate the controls.. you cant pause it.. only stop.. and then it loads and starts from the beggining..

but im gonna try opera mini then.. thanks  Cheesy

It uses the native media player, but it's streaming it through opera mini. Supposedly opera's formatting/server makes the connection faster.
