lag or delay on webpage/data access

Hi all,

I have had my Instinct for about three weeks now, ( I purchased 2 ).
It seems as though in the last week my initial data access for webpage’s or application has really suffered some sort of issue. I had changed some of the settings to increase internet/data performance with about the same 466 speed test results, but now even after a reset of the phone, (reset to defaults to try to correct the delay) I still seem to have a 30/45 sec. delay in retrieving a page. Even after the page successfully loads, I get the delay even when hitting the home button. My signal is good, data profile has been updated after every change, and sitting my Instinct next to my Wifes...her phone has no performance problems...

Anyone else having any data\web performance issues?

Yes, mine keeps hanging up on the last 1% of web pages.  The first 50%is instant, then it loads normal/fast for the next 40% and the final 10% is slow, sometimes stopping at the last bit of info.  I have not done any mods.
