internet questions

Hi I'm new to this site and have a question. If I turn my phone off then back on, My internet works fine for about a minute then when i try to get on the internet, update weather, or anything internet related it takes a realy realy long time to load. on the sprint shopping app it takes so long i cant even buy anything because it times out because it takes so long. if anyone else has had this problem please help.
