The phone corrupts your bookmarks. It can happen on any phone (just a matter of when). Replacement phones are a temporary fix. Hard reset is a temporary fix. Nobody has a "special" rom that fixes this issue, so just consider yourself lucky if this has not happened.

I was having that problem too, my guess is that I added too many favorites? However, when I did the 7 to 20 buffer change that was talked about in the tips and tricks section, I was able to access the bookmarks menu again. Try doing that if you already have your msl, you can always change back your buffer to 7 (although I don't see why you would)

The file is \brew\mod\obigo\bra\bmk.dat
Try to restore this file from a previous backup with Bitpim.
Seems to break when I change my Home bookmark?
