I can't access any of the sprint websites!

ok idk if this would help you but if you got ur msl number u can go to ##data# and then go to Restore and enter ur msl number to do the restore, it helps me sometimes when i get problems loading some pages on my instinct oh and one more thing dont forget to do an Update Data Profile after doing the restore..............

What sites are you trying to access, specifically? Are you typing them into the browser? Or are you trying to access from the tabs that are on the default home page?

look it might take like 15 to 20 mins of your life but if u call sprint and get to talk to a person from the technical support department or watever just tell them ur problem and they might give it to you or try to help you doing something else but i recommend you tell them your phone freezes all the time and specially when you try using the web, and tell them you've tried everything and u wana do a master reset on your phone, this person will guide you thru the process but be aware that you will loose everything and i mean everything if you do this, but you can as well not do it and act stupid and be like yea i just entered the numbers and now my phone restarted and thank this person and just play cool......make sure you write down you number is a 6 digit number.......this number will be helpful more more sh*t than just help u with your problem you can speed up ur internet and applications and stuff and much more.....i say u give it a try........ and let me know how it went...ttyl

It's working now... I dunno why. I called, they wouldn't give me the MSL number. :/
