How do I make another website other than the Sprint Instinct one my homepage for my web browser?

From the Browser Click the eye symbol in the bottom left to open up the other buttons.  Browse to the page you want to be your home page, then add it to bookmarks using the heart button, then the + button in the top left.  Then from the bookmarks screen click the edit button on the top right, then the bookmark you want to be your homepage (but not the red delete/trash).  There you will see a "Set this page as default".

Great question. I've only been able to change my settings to Last Page or Home Page.
