I am using the email feature on the phone and i am signed in with my Yahoo account.  It always used to notify me as soon as i get an email but it stopped notifying me a few days ago so i clicked refresh and is shows me a notice that says "Some changes are pending to be synced out.  Please try again later.  (S7822)"

Delete your account and the re-add it. It's a known bug (happens most with gmail for me). If you're patient it goes away after a bit of time. Leave your email open and it will download automatically.
