browser speed dropped?

yo um...anyone kno what happened ...because i havent did any hacks or anything to my phone all day..and now all of a sudden i went go browse web on it and it takes +10sec to load the home page!!?? it +5 seconds latency on mobile speed . only hacks ive done are tethering (turn NAI off) and buffering from 7 to 20...and havent had prolems these past weeks ive done..but now all of a sudden.. im in north jersey right near New York City, so connection never an issue...but now all of a sudden, im getting these crazy slow connection speeds...it is 3:30am over here right now. im panicing because it has NEVER even been close to this slow and i use on daily basis.. please if anyone is still on tell me your having problems too!! i going crazy because it just happened out of no where and i scared something happened to MY phone..anyone shed some light if this has happened to them before PLEASE

The buffer hack lowers my browser speed tests.  So I set mine back to 07.
