Sprint: Premium Browsable - Sprint R Mobile Ema?!?!?!?

Some of you may have seen this charge on your bill for this month. I picked up the Instinct day one, so I'm on my second bill. I can't access my first bill online, but my second one has that charge on it for 9.99.

My Question:What is it?!

I called and got Jose, who had a very noisy background so I could barely hear him. He said it was a third party charge, but it has Sprint's name all over it.

Check your bill now! Anyone have any clue what this is? He said he couldn't refund me or change it, but I'll go into the Sprint store tomorrow. I haven't used any premium services on Sprint. I've only downloaded Tetris and that memory game, but I'm already being charged for those.

So it's for work e-mail? I have my student e-mail set up through the work email thing... But it says it's part of the Simply Everything plan, right? Doesn't everyone have to get the simply everything plan for the Instinct? So why am I getting this charge?

Just read that you did call customer care today. Jose was wrong, call them back and get it taken care of, keep calling until someone fixes it, the service they are charging you for is included in your plan.
