Has anyone been getting:
Server too busy to respond (S7147) Error

Huh?

Trying to pull down emails, I get this message constantly on all of my email accounts gmail/hotmail/pop3/etc. It's not the mail servers, because I can verify there is no isue with them. I do not have another session logged into them concurrently either.

Is this how Sprint Data Plan works?

Like Crazy today.  I've been able to get my e-mail for an hour over the last 24 hours.

But I'm getting that error and the S7122 error.

I got this error for about 45 minutes today, but has been fine since.  No, Sprint Data is not usually like this.

I have been having the same problems all day! Mainly it has been the S7122 (cannot connect) error message. I have noticed that this is only happening with my GMail account when I try to send an email. All other accounts I have tried (such as Hotmail or Yahoo) have been working fine. Is this something on Googles end, or does the instinct just do a bad job handling GMail on the phone? If this is the case and its always going to be like this (mainly, I can't send out any gmail messages) then this phone might be going back....

It seems to only affect gmail. Am I the only person having this problem? It is quite disappointing...

I am getting the same for all my emails and I can't even delete and recreate it, it was fine till yesterday and now today.  Also I had an email and still have an email stuck in my outbox, but when i checked gmail on my pc it actually sent the email...what gives!?

Well now i reset the application, but when the wizards comes up it just times out at receiving data....so don't go with reset application or you might not get any of your email accounts back...for now at least!

I got my Instinct just yesterday and I have the same error message. My stubborn self just keeps pressing REFRESH and eventually it will upload new email. Hopefully that will improve.

I have been getting these errors lately as well... for gmail.  Other problems with gmail include:

-Randomly tells me that "your password has recently changed, please verify new password"... I type in same old password and sometimes works and sometimes not...

-When phone is turned on with gmail account active (which is all the time) it apparently shows me as "logged in" to others who are using gmail on a computer.  people have told me lately that I have been ignoring them on gchat -- is there any way to make it so when logged in on phone it won't show up as logged in on computer?  anyone else noticing this?
