I updated my phone with a new general update today, and that did not solve the problem.  Was this the coming update, bdroad, or will that be an email specific update?  Thank you for your help working on this issue!

Thank you, I don't get the password message anymore!  The only thing I notice is that my phone only seems to refresh messages 4 or 5 times a day.  If I manually refresh, it will time out a few times before finally updating.  Is this a related issue?

I have been getting this password message constantly for the past 3 days. Earlier this summer I lost the ability to connect to my work OWA for a couple weeks on my phone. Resetting the phone, recreating the email profile, etc make no difference. I have had my instinct for about 14 months now and the OWA functionality has had this problem several times. My Gmail account never has this issue.

What can I do?

Last night I had to do a reset of my phone due to an upgrade to the Music that hosed that app.  After this reset, I am now unable to connect to my OWA email.  It continually prompts me to re-enter my user name and password, as if my password has changed (but I am able to log in to my OWA access via the web).  Did anyone figure out a fix or is there a patch coming out?  I have email version 6.9.4.239.

Just to let you guys know, the password issue has come back again, i am stuck in a password loop.  It was nice to have e-mail back for a few days, i enjoyed it while I can!
