Please help me!  I have this problem intermittently for over a year now, but ~6 weeks ago it appears to have become permanent.

My phone will not let me check my OWA email.  Everytime I enter the program, I get the error message with no code, "Please re-enter your work password; it seems to have changed."  This will repeat 3-5 times until I get a second notification that I am locked out for 30 minutes due to repeated password errors.  However, I can use my OWA web address on a PC and log into my email fine, even during this 30 minute lock out period, so I can only conclude that there is a problem with either my phone or Sprint's servers. If I delete the email account, wait either a few minutes or a few days, then setup the account de novo, I am greeted with the same message telling me that my password has changed. Angry

I don't know if this could be related or not, but 2 weeks ago the weather application also failed; everytime I click on it the screen either freezes or appears to enter into a feedback loop until I press the home key.

Has anybody encountered anything like this?  Please let me know if anybody has a solution other than getting a new phone?  I find it extremely uncanny that this problem became permanent the same week that my phone became eligible for the $75 new phone credit if I re-upped my agreement!

Have you tried resetting your email application and reconfiguring again?

I deleted my email account, reset the email app, and even reset my entire phone to factory default. This fixed the glitch with the weather app, but hasn't helped the email situation.

Talked to customer service twice and sent to advanced tech support on OWA password problem twice- this after hours at store- reset, new phone, etc
Advanced tech support can not solve problem- they wrote up problem and sent it "up"
Last tech admitted they have had numerous complaints-Reading emials on internet search shows problem has occurred previously- not sure why they can not fix now
worked fine for 8 months
At least I get a response when I send an email to customer service-will try again next week.
How come no solution to the problems that are shown months or years ago- must have been fixed but no one has posted how it was resolved

Is anyone here an exchange administrator that is running into this issue? If so private message me.

Thanks for looking into this bdroad.  I am not an exchange administrator, but perhaps I could contact one at my institution if you think it would help.

I guess I'm SOL on this?  Do I have any option to get Sprint to replace my phone on warranty or satisfaction guarantee?  I doubt these are possible, but it's worth asking.

Mine started working last week- had several email discussions with tech from a company callled seven- they do the software for Sprint as well as other carriers. He seemed to be aware of problem and that it was being addressed.
Do not waste your time  talking to Sprint- for some reason they do not communicate internally about these problems- had several discussions with advanced tech with no results until I emailed Seven
