Ok...just about ready to give up after 3 non-productive visits to Sprint.  Each time I try to set up my IMAP email account I get an error message "Unable to connect to the server.  Please check your connection and try again. (S7122)"

I have checked and re-checked my ingoing/outgoing servers, login, etc.  Nobody at Sprint seems to be able to help.   Love the phone except for this issue...unfortunately it is critical and I will need to return it if I can't get this issue resolved. 

ideas?

I was able to connect both to my personal server and my office's exchange server using IMAP without any hassle at all.

Just another data point.
(The exchange via IMAP is a work-around for the OWA issues, my phone is saying I can't buy that product on this device.  Email sent to support already )

I am having the same issue.  I had this working on my Treo, but it was finicky.  I am just going to keep trying all day and hopefully eventually it'll connect.
