i need help setting up my email on my instinct. i had it set up before but somehow/reason it will not let me log in anymore...i need to re-set it up..i forgot how to do it......
any help is very much appreciated......

If you have to set it up from scratch you just tap the email icon and it will walk you through the steps. If you have an email account already setup and you want to add another, tap the email icon then hit the back arrow to get to the email home page. At the bottom of the email home page is a button to add a new email account. Hope this helps.

nope it keeps saying invalid password and/or username...i had it working before and it all of sudden quit working...so i need to figure out how to reset it and not lose any of my phone contacts.......

If you go to sprint.com and log into your account you can confirm that your contacts are on their server. Then, you can reset your phone and just restore the contacts after. I believe that syncing your contacts is an automatic feature that Sprint offers. Before you do a hard/full reset, there is another reset that only reset certain features....all found in Settings.

My Instinct has also stopped syncing with Exchange as well.  This looks like a system issue judging by the threads here.  I am in touch with "Advanced Tech Support" and they are baffled.  Anyone know what I can do to fix this?
