IMAP files disappearing (auto deleting?)

I am using GoDaddy and sometimes my files in the InBox disappear. It seems to happen after midnight and before 6:00am but it is not consistent night to night. When I set the Auto-Receive to off, I do not have this problem. The missing files are not in the deleted folder on my Instinct nor or they in the deleted folder on my desktop machine.
