My company uses OWA for their work email. It was working fine until we got a new server and the tech guys at my company changed some things. The company at first was requiring SSL. So whenever I initially set the phone up, the phone showed this message: "The SSL security certificate installed on your email server appears valid but could not be verified (S7128). Accept the certificate and continue?" I would hit yes and initially, my email was set up and working fine.

Now, the tech guys have changed the server option to NOT require SSL. Now, every time I try to check my email or refresh, the phone message states ""An unsupported request has been made of the server. If the problem persists, please contact support" (S7123)"

My tech guys don't seem to know what to do. Any help on this matter would awesome. Thank you.

Is it 2003 or 2007 exchange server? You can send me the device logs if you want so I we can see more details on exactly why it might be failling. If you go into the email options on the device client you will see the option to "Send Device Logs".

Thanks,

I have on and off success with getting my company's exchange server synchronized successfully with OWA.  For months it was ok, but now I get "The SSL securtiy certificate installed on your email server appears valid, but could not be verificed. (S7128) Accept this certificate and continue?"  I click ok.  It then tells me to use the refresh button and then the loop starts back over again about the SSL cert appears valid.

Any ideas?

What version of exchange are you using?

Private message me the OWA URL and I can help you further.
