Though I have both auto receive and notify me of new mail for all of my accounts, it doesn't matter.  Sometimes I still receive mail. I first thought it was only my Exchange account, but it happens with other accounts, too.  Is anyone else having this problem with mail?

I only have my One I'm using for Work turned off. It seems to be working fine only Updateing when I refresh.  My others are set to auto and are coming through fine.

Maybe try to Clear temp files  on the App will help

I'll try that, ImNoPrince.  I also did a Refresh all Data.  I wonder if the calendar is causing this glitch.

Not sure my Calender is not causing any problems since I have it on. Maybe it's because I'm using DTC and your using OWA that makes the difference.

I have seen the same behavior since I got my phone months ago.  At random times, usually once or twice a day, it decides to download email even though auto is disabled.

I only have gmail accounts set up.

I am having the same issue. I have a work (OWA) account and a home yahoo. It was driving me up the wall that i was getting notified for all my home spam, (even after turning off the notifiy me - still get the blue star) so I turned off the auto receive and am still getting home emails - more randomly, but they r still coming in.

I hate those blue stars.  I do not want email to download unless I specifically check for that.  It's a minor thing, I know, but it should not work that way.  What's the point of having a switch if it doesn't work?!

MIne usually does it late at night, so I wake up to my emails. Sometimes also in the afternoon. It's kinda weird but I deal with it

I ignore mine now.  When I need to see email, I'll look at them.
