For the record, don't hesitate to PM myself or the other mods if you are in need of help.  If we can't help we can point you at the right person or place for help.

ALSO the pro-members are probably your best source of help on this site.  I don't know if you necessarily should PM them with questions but if you post your questions they will answer you if they are able to.  Now remember most question have been answered so PLEASE make sure to search before posting.

Now some questions that are answered with steps hot to solve your question.  Them taking their time out of their day to help you out deserves cookies.  If you get helped by a pro-member please try to show your appreciation by throwing some cookies their way.  It's a small gesture but at least it shows the pro-members that people are actually thankful on the time they volunteer here.

Well the point of highlighting them is because they help all day long and nobody seems to be appreciative which is a shame.

We had the chat feature at one point, but no one was using it, so it was removed.
