Can you please unlock the ability to change the SMF theme.  Restrict it to a few if you must but this theme is too intensive for our phones and portable browser devices.

I have two SMF forums that use the white based apple-esk themes and they load 15-20 seconds faster per page then this background laden behemoth of gray.

I like this theme, it is awesome and I don't have any problems coming to this website on my phone. Although I am getting a proxy error whenever I try to go to any website. I did a search and found something but it didn't work so I don't know what Im gonna do.

I never said it didn't work, I said it was very slow compared to the other SMF themes that aren't so color and background image intensive.

I agree with Cozz. It would be nice to have a choice in what theme we use, though I can understand if they have plugins/modules/etc. installed that are only configured with this theme why they might have them locked out.

You could always just load it in mobile mode. I do my replies to threads throughout the day on my phone, and check my stash of cookies and stats at my home computer. Perhaps this will cease to be a concern tomorrow. One can always hope...

My only Problem is when I copy and Paste anything from the PC. I think it didn't take and end up redoing it only yo relise it's White Print and I have to change that to see it in Word.

Ive gotta agree with cozz on this one. It would help and then that way you can check your cookies and stuff on your phone instead of having to go home to check it.

If you are in mobile mode, you can still load it into standard mode and see everything. It just takes longer. Both options are available and changing the format won't change the shortcomings.

Corsairkid is correct, this forum has many modifications, it will take a lot of time to make it work with other themes.   Maybe something we might consider in the future.

i think it would be nice to have a choice of different themes but i dont think it loads slow because of the theme, it loads slow because of the all of information on the pages on this site.
