Me and my boyfriend each have an Instinct with Bell Canada.  We both have the Fun 20 pack that includes sending and receiving picture/video messages.  The problem is he can't receive my picture/video Messages.  He can only receive regular text message.  And I tried sending pictures to another phone and it works so my phone is not the problem, its his.  He can send me pictures/video messages but he cant receive them.

It shows on our online accounts that the message is sent but it just doesnt get to the phone.  Called bell 4 times so far to try to fix it... nothing worked so far.

Anyone else had that problem and knows how to fix it?

I've had the same problem twice now. The first time the Bell tech had to reset my picture account and txt me the password...that no one ever did give me! The second time I had to reset my picture account myself on the phone, even though it appeared to be working online without any problems. Settings/Reset/Reset Picture Account

This will delete all of your current picture messages on your phone but not online I don't believe.

i tried resetting the picture account and i typed in the 8 zeros but it says:

There was an error trying to register your phone. (256-)

i guess i would have to call bell to see if they can do anything eh ? =/
