This is wierd but the alarm just turns off when the phone is off.  With my previous Samsung phone this was not an issue.  (I just can't keep my phone on all night for the alarm to go off the next morning...)

Another thing is I was not able to get my laptop to recognize my phone.  USB cable connection never works.  Two issues here - my laptop (windows xp) doesn't recognize the phone; and the phone's "connected to PC" setting automatically switched off after 10 seconds.

Lastly when I use the web browser it keeps telling me cookie functionality is off and it needs to be set at ON.  But where can I change the cookie setting?

Well I've had the same problem with the computer. What worked for me was to go into the device manager and delete all drivers for the phone. The alarm I have had no experience with. And for cookies- try doing Settings > Web Browser > Clear Cookies. If privacy mode is on, turn off. I hope those work for you.

for the alarm problem, try just leaving it on while charging so that way it all works out. lol

Haven't had the alarm problem here. Seems to work fine for me. Have you  installed the updates for the phone since receiving it?

Do a search on the connectivity for your laptop. There are multiple posts about this. Fixes have been developed.

Can't find the perfect post to help you out but this one will give you some notion of what to do. Easiest fix for 'Connect to PC' that I have found is to install the Sprint Media Manager on your computer which will update/install drivers required. Detailed instructions are available somewhere on here...
