Hay gyes I had the same problems after update for media 1.08. I took the chance and did a "phone reset", had to bluetooth my contacts and re-enter my sced but it was worth it. The phone did not update as BK19 was already there but it did update media player and pocket ex and after that All Is Working. For some strange reason I didn't loose my internet favs - a small treat.

not sure if its said its an unfixed thing that ill put my phone in lock get a txt slide the bar up and then it just freeze i tap the screen and it just shows my background image and the top bar and nothing works so i msut restart my phone happen to me about 5 times in the past 3 days

that is what i had mentioned and there is another way to get by that. just press your camera hot button on the side, load up the camera and then hit the home button and it will go back to normal. it hasn't done it to me in a long time though so i dunno.

JaCKeL, since you ditched the instinct, are you still following this thread? Are you going to compile and submit the list of issues to Bell or would you like to pass it on to someone willing to take over the initiative?

If you're done with this, would anyone else (sorry I have no time) like to volunteer for this?

P.s. after many great days with the HTC touch (Win Mobile 6.1) I haven't found a single problem with the phone, everything is perfect. I don't miss my Instinct at all.

I have a problem with the phone opening other application when answering with a Bluetooth headset and then hanging up, the phone unlocks without pressing the unlock button and opens all kinds of things.
So I read that if you lock the phone so that you need to enter a 4 digit # to unlock it resolves the Bluetooth issue, but then the phone has an emergency call slid on the unlock screen witch calls 911. So after 2 accidental calls to 911 I had to disable the lock function, guess I'm back to ending a call with the phone and not my Bluetooth headset Sad
