Im not taking their other services!! Im moving soon and my videotron contract is up soon and i was thinking about the cable and phone service... not ADSL cause well it sucks but u know what why change something when its not broken. Plus if its like that with a cellphone imagine with a satellite dish lol.. Ok i know its off subject for the board but still about bell and their poor customer services Tongue

Perhaps a bit off topic, but it's important. Many of us have sent our Bell contacts to read this board, and I know at least Helena has read it (she's referenced posts here in our conversations on the phone). To me, it's important for Bell to know that they've done such a poor job handling the Samsung Instinct issues that not only are people dropping Bell as a mobile provider but they're also going to lose internet, TV and landline voice customers as well. The kind of treatment we received here speaks volumes about Bell's direction - There are consequences to treating customers like garbage.
