Not yet, but starting tomorrow evening anytime after 8PM Eastern throughout the weekend is when we want to start posting.
Basically the moderators of the forum are gone and no one comes back until Monday morning around 7AM Eastern.
What that will do, we hope, is fill the forum with so much Instinct complaints and questions that is completes 2 tasks.
The first task is that the moderators will be so overloaded with work trying to lock and remove threads, and get the main forum going again that they will finally have someone from management do something about it.
Second, and I feel will be the most effective, is that the forums will be filled with poor Bell customer service reports and how Bell has treated us with the Instinct, that the Search Engine Web Crawlers will load all this info and anytime someone searches Bell or Samsung Instinct the first results they will see is about how bad it is.
What the second part will do is affect Bell as a business and also start to affect Samsung, which in turn will affect Bell again, as Samsung will start to pressure them.
This will teach Bell that customers are not the tiny insignificant consumers they believe us to be, but that we, the consumer, decide how we should be treated and will not stand by and let them get away with it.
If you want to create more than one account, great!
Please remember, we are not going in to start swearing, and bashing Bell as that is pretty ineffective, what we want to post are Valid complaints, and there are a lot, with Bell and with the phones service and how we have been treated. Sure, you can be angry in your post, because your account will get banned on Monday most likely, but put the post in a form that others will respond to, and then in turn the Web Crawlers will pick up and it will show high on the searches.
Make sure in your posts and threads that you say the include the words Samsung, Bell, Instinct, and that's how it will be found online.
