OK, so here it is...it has finally happened, today is the day that Bell Forums moderator is starting to close forum accounts because we are asking the same questions. Well, if we received any answers, we would not ask again would we?
What should we do about this?
A few of us were talking, and think we should all create new forum accounts and flood the forum overnight with threads of wanting our Instinct information now, not when Bell can't stall anymore. At the rate Bell is doing anything, someone who signs a 3 year contract today won't even have an update by the end.
To create a forum account you don't need an actual account number, just register a username and different email address. When it asks for the account number just put in 9 digits. I am not sure if you need to but my account started with a 9, so I made that the first number.
Now once we get into the forums, I don't think we should start swearing, and just being ignorant, the reason we want to do this is because every post that gets mentioned on the first page of the forums shows up in Google searches first 10 results. The more bad info we get out about Bell's version of the Instinct and their customer service practices, the more it will hurt Bell and maybe force them to finally resolve this issue for the customers once and for all.
I think the best time to start posting is Friday evening after about 8 pm Eastern time, so 4 pm Pacific, as the Moderators are gone home and do not come back until Monday. That will give the search bots the weekend to crawl the site and update search results. It is not only Google, it's MSN, Yahoo, Excite, Ask.com, all of them
So start creating new accounts right away, because we know the speed Bell works, it will take a couple days to get your info emailed to you.
Once you are registered, post here so we can see who has the info to make this work.
Thanks everybody, and we will get Bell.....one way or another.
