i just want them to:

A) Fix the random restarts & freezing

B) Give us lag free typing/texting

C) go bankrupt!!!!

If these three things happen...I am a happy man!!!

So how does the new keyboard work, is it exactly like the Sprint version where you have to hit the T, to type or does the qwerty show up autonatically.

Yup, you either hit the T or the ok button to type and you also get the directional pad and a * and # button that I'm not sure if sprint users has.

What do you mean about recurring events?

You just set the end date (not time) to some time in the future to get the event to repeat until then.  Unless we're talking about different things...

on mine anyways, if u set the repeat to anything (ex. every day or week) it never alerts or reminds again, just the initial time.
edit: on the calander i mean, my alarm still works every day

Are you positive you're setting the end DATE properly?  For example, if I want to repeat something at noon everyday, starting today; I would set:

Start: 12:00 pm Sun, Apr 26
End: 1:00 pm Sun, *May 3*   <-- this is the important part!
Alert: whatever
Repeat: Every Day

This should make this particular event to repeat every day for ONE week.  Now, to be honest, I don't explicitly remember if the alarm part of the event goes off every day.  But FOR SURE, I get the little blue underline under every day for the week.

This doesn't work for you?  Is it just me?

Well my instinct is out for repairs, but what if i want an event to only go on the 15th of every month
ex
start 10am 15 may 2009
end 11 am 15 october
alert whatever
repeat: every month.
Setting it this way, will it put a blue underline under every day or just on the 15th's?

Yes, I just tried it with:

Start: 12:37pm Fri, May 15
End: 1:37pm Wed, Jul 15
Alert: 10 min before
Repeat: Every Month

And I DO get a blue underline on: May 15th, June 15th, and July 15th.

I then deleted the May 15th entry and the others disappeared as well.

No problem.€ I have to agree that it is a little counter intuitive.€ I've also never owned a phone where you have to change the end date.

Cheers
